If we want to change any part of the system then we need to work on changing either some of the inputs or some of the outputs. In this case inputs would mean food intake and outputs would mean exercise. However there is a third component which often gets missed and that is will power. Humans have the ability to achieve the impossible by sheer will power alone. Any changes which you decide to make should be considered as ‘life long’. That’s why its important to go slow and make incremental changes as you see improvements to your body shape. Above all exercise should be enjoyable. It’s also a good idea to add as much variety into your exercise routine as possible. BUT you must think long term. There is no such thing as ‘fast’ weight loss.

1. Eat Fat Burning Foods. Which foods should you eat? It’s best to stick to natural foods as much as possible. All fruits and vegetables will be perfect. Try to eat more often but in lesser amounts at any one sitting. This helps to keep the metabolism churning on high which in turn helps to burn more calories even while resting. This technique alone will go a long way to achieving weight loss.
2. Drink Plenty of Water. Most of us do not drink nearly enough water. Water is the single most important element in the body. In fact our bodies are made of 70% water. It’s used internally in the body to perform many complex processes including cleaning out toxins and improving digestion which all have an impact on losing weight effectively. Try drinking about 2 litres of water a day. You will not only feel great but you will also be helping the body to loss weight.
3. Keep Up the Motivation. It’s a good idea to find some way of keeping the motivation going. To pick you up when you are down. Losing weight should naturally be a slow and controlled effort. In the same that it took some time to put on the weight you should expect that it will take a similar amount of time to lose the weight although usually it takes less time if we are focused on doing the key things.
