Make sure what you add in will be enjoyable so it is easier to stick to. I love running and this is what I stuck to as a result. I also enjoy bike rides too, with my son and husband. For toning you could do some Pilates or yoga or have free weights at home. I wouldn’t recommend joining a gym, unless you think you will enjoy it. To me the gym is very boring – when I run I get to be surrounded by beautiful scenery not four walls and TVs.
