You don’t need me to tell you how screwed up the economy is these days. And you don’t need me to tell you how important it is to lose weight and get in better health. But, there is a tiny little problem here: Most of the things out here these days to lose weight are so freaking expensive! Expensive healthy foods, supplements, diet programs, gym memberships, and more! Having said that, if you want to learn how to start quickly and naturally losing weight on a tight budget, then I have a special treat for you in today’s article! Today I’m going to go over the 2 A’s of getting an amazing body… BUT… without pulling off a disappearing act with your bank account!
1. At-Home Workouts…
Gyms these days are not only pretty expensive, they are also pretty annoying as well! People taking up space conversing (especially around equipment), some guys in the gym screaming to the top of their lungs just to lift up a few pounds, and some women in the gym exercising provocatively in fitness attire that’s more revealing than freaking bathing suits… to name just a few of the annoyances and distractions (lol)!
But anyway, going to the gym can certainly add up in membership fees, gym attire, supplies, etc. So, what can you do to still get an amazing workout without having to worry about gym memberships!
Stay at home and workout!
Exercising at home has many benefits. Comfort, control, no need to worry about people staring at you, and no need to wait for equipment. Speaking of equipment, that’s the other thing: You DON’T NEED equipment in order to get in shape! One of the most effective and easiest exercises you can do at home are body-weight circuit routines. These types of exercises are so quick (from 10-20 minutes is all that is needed), so easy, so FREE, and so fun that it makes me wonder why more and more people aren’t doing this?!
A body-weight circuit routine combines both cardio and muscle-building into one workout. The way you’ll gain cardio benefits is by doing each workout in a circuit non-stop, and then rest for 60 seconds in between sets.
For example: You could do something like 10 push-ups, 10 jumping jacks, 10 lunges, and 10 mountain climbers non-stop, then rest for 60 seconds. Then, do the same circuit again for 4-5 more times for a complete KILLER workout!
2. Affordable Diet Program…
Most people are under the impression that if a diet doesn’t cost hundreds of dollars broken down into monthly fees, or if it doesn’t cost an obscene amount of money up front, then it’s not a diet that’s going to work. I used to think the same thing! However, this is certainly FAR from the truth.
Diet programs don’t have to cost a fortune to be considered effective. They have to WORK in order to be considered effective. And interestingly enough, most of these expensive diet programs out here don’t work! Go figure!
Listen, I’ve tried out many different diets before in the past. And none of them worked.
