Do you believe what you like, where you are now on your weight? Do you believe that it is more convenient for you to continue living exactly as you have been, you change your lifestyle habits and start losing weight?
Think about it. It really is easier for you to stay the same. This is so familiar, even comforting for you to continue in your nutrition and fitness, or lack of fitness habits. You don’t have to learn new cooking techniques. You don’t have to try new healthy snacks or recipes. You don’t have to change your shopping habits. You do not need to buy new clothes. You don’t have to meet new people or move to new locations. You don’t have to find time to exercise. I mean, why change? Where are you now it is so easy for you.
So, why would any diet or exercise program you’ve ever tasted, or try it in the future, ever work if you enjoy being in your comfort zone is beautiful, easily? You realize that? Any diet and exercise program you try is going to fail until you decide to step out of your comfort zone!
Now I’m not trying to get you to beat yourself up and see for yourself how this rejection a big loser. I try to show you what you need to get out of your comfort zone and start taking consistent action to your weight loss efforts. You can’t try something for a few days or a few weeks, or even months and than give up and say that it doesn’t work. Have you ever wondered why the programme States that “individual results may vary”? This is because they know that some people will follow the program and get the results that they offer and some people will do some programs, but they are successively or committed.
You need to be honest with yourself and make a decision. Do you really want to change your life and lose weight, or you enjoy living in your comfort zone? You are going to be consistent and committed and get healthy your lifestyle? Or you will lose weight program that you follow when you have time or when you feel like this? Until you finally decided to step out of your comfort zone and make it a way of life, you will lose the weight loss.
